Une triple assez basique, elle ressemble un petit peu à la Chouffle blonde. Ne goûte pas ses 8%, elle fait moins.

The Tripel of today. Looks transparent gold. The carbonation is fizzy and long-lasting, unlocks a shiny bright, whipped-creamy head that grows one finger tall. Fairly long retention. A discernible thick lacing decorates the surface for a long time.
A substantially modest scent. A marginal wink of malt is identifiable, followed by even more distant candi sugar.
Let's hope that the palate gives more material for a review. Coriander seed steps forward rather bravely. Malt, yes. Not sweet, as a matter of fact. Moderately biscuity but I can't pick any invert syrup there, just a pinch of sugar. Maybe. Or not. Auxiliary components include orange peel, grass, Belgian yeast and a suggestion of alcohol in the background. I like the non-sweetness of the taste but I would have welcomed a bit more boldness, as well.
The body is light-medium to medium. This is 8%, the body could be bigger. Anyway, the end is slightly drier than upfront but the composition of the flavor cocktail doesn't really change. Interestingly, alcohol goes hiding now, normally it behaves the opposite.
The feeling in the mouth is light, zesty, frothy, refreshing, balanced, clean and moderately Belgiany. Sinks down easily. Offers basically no challenge.
