Hapokasta ja keskimakeaa kaupan matala-holista simaa. Aavistuksen jopa perinteisen kotitekoisen häivähdystä maussa mutta silti esanssinen. No... meneehän tämä janojuomana.

Hiukan perinteisen kotisiman makua juu, mutta niukanlaisesti. Ja happoja ihan kauhiasti. Kaupan simoista silti hinta-laatu-suhteeltaan parhaimmistoa.

Kyllä tästä vähän siman makua saa vaikka se onkin hiukan keinotekoinen.

Just realised after one glass this has 0,7% abv. This has no mead flavour in my opinion.

Extended Quarantine Day #43. Ultra-low-alc Finnish mead straight from the bottle, enjoyed in the forest when looking for brain mushrooms. I admit, this was an impulse purchase. The drink looks clear copper. The effervescent carbonation releases a tiny-bubbled, off-white head that reaches half a finger's height and settles soon down to a surprisingly strong lace ring circling the surface. The scent is sweet with dried apricot, apple juice, a bit of raisin and some orange zest. Not very meady. The taste follows the suit with dried apricot, medium-sweet apple juice, raisin, sugared orange zest. Resembles closely the taste of Pommac. The mouthfeel is light, fizzy and soft-drink-like. Uninspiring.

Kirkas kullankeltaine. Sokerinen. Kupliva ja hapokas. Sitruuna puuttuu.
