Dark imperial Stout with a modest size beige foam head. Sweet aroma of roasted malts, cocoa, vanilla and Tonka beans. Clearly a promise of a dessert beer which is right for tonight. Taste is inline with the aroma. Roasted malts, chocolate, and vanilla with prominent Tonka beans. Subtle nutty tones with hints of Cognac barrels. Balanced bitterness. A oily and warming dessert for Tonka fans.
