Tool are pushing the boundaries again - brutalist architecture on the label and a Turner Prize style sweary name. They are the Damien Hirst of the brewing world. This is a combination of Saison, Farmhouse and Belgian style brews. A darker gold colour than you'd expect - with depth and sharpness....hoppy and sharp at the same time, but with a great balance of flavours. Some pineapple notes and a nice tang to finish.
