Flight 2/3. Transparent, copper beer with reasonable carbonation unleashes a cream-colored, velvety head that falls short of half a finger's yardstick. The layer melts soon to a tiny-bubbled lace ring on top. No splashes are left behind. The fragrance gives moderate sweet caramel malt, a drop of syrup and a biscuity whisper. The taste doesn't deviate significantly from the scent: I still find sweet malt with a caramelly twist, faint syrup and biscuit. Additionally, I receive a tiny injection of honey and thin tea. The body is light. The beer finishes with the same sweet malt, biscuit and caramel. Some more bitter nuances have stepped into the picture. The aftertaste disappears relatively rapidly from the mouth. The mouthfeel is light, slightly lip-glueing and distantly sticky. No need to write big stories about this brew.
