Champagne BA Belgian Wild Ale. Vintage 2016. Very neat champagne scent. Slight belgi yeast and white grapes. Taste of fresh green apples, white grapes, very fruity, slight spontan, champagne, slight belgi yeast, refreshing, honey. Caramel finish. Warmer up gets more Belgiany and caramel. Deep flavours, quite complex and flavours change. Plus it's not sour! Simply amazing.
