Imperial Gose brewed with Himalayan sea salt and coriander. Definitely getting a tartness in the aroma, followed by some slight bitterness from the coriander and a little bit of of salt. Taste has...wow. This is way different than I expected. The coriander is the first to show up, followed by a slight bit of tartness mid-palate on the sides of the tongue and finishing with some sea salt on the back end. I expected a very tart beer based on the aroma, but this is not tart at all. No complaints here! Medium-ish body with a medium carbonation. Glad I tried it, would definitely try again on tap. 3.75/5
