Flight 3/4.
Opaque, faintly black beer with distantly ruby tint and restrained, short-lived carbonation unleashes a light tan, silky head that falls short of half a finger. The foamy cap contracts precautiously to an extraordinarily neat lacing on the surface. The retreating foam marks the glass with thick coverings.
The olfactory provision is extraordinarily subdued: merely faint burned malt emanates to the nostrils.
The taste is faintly burned and thin-roasted: thin dark malt whirls with burned hops and extremely remote licorice.
The body is light. The aftertaste puts forward mild roasted malt, distant black coffee and a burned note. The aftertaste vanishes relatively quickly from the mouth.
The mouthfeel is -- again -- light. The mouthfeel is also slightly roasty, a bit burned aroma and slightly lip-glueing.
