Flight 2/4. Limpid, deep copper beer with modest, hasty carbonation unlocks a grey, light fawn, cotton head that elevates only up to half a finger's height. The foam dissolves soon to a thin lacing on the surface. The retreating foam leaves no traces on the glass. The fragrance offers medium-sweet brown malt, a tad biscuit and a nuance of spruce. A caramelly note follows in the distance. The palate is weak: light-crisp caramel malt, distant dried apricot, a faint nuance of raisin and grated lemon peel constitute the key elements of the gustatory supply. The body is thin. The beer finishes rather long with light-hoppy caramel malt, malt bread and a biscuity aroma. The mouthfeel is thin, slightly crisp, standard as well as somewhat bulky.
