Cloudy, brown beer with deep ruby tint and a cream-colored, clinging head. The scent displays hefty farmhousey aroma, horse stable with dung. The tongue likes the funky cocktail of citrus, soil, a bit of rye malt and distant strawberry. The body is light to light-medium. The beer finishes with a fruity Sahti-like aftertaste and a tad citrus. The mouthfeel is light, significantly funky, truly earthy and slick.
