Herkullisen aromikkaassa tuoksussa rukiista maltaisuutta, konjakkia, taatelia, rusinaa, hieman omenaa, rypäleitä ja mausteisuutta! Makeahkon täyteläisessä maussa samoja havaintoja, rukiisuuden ja happamahkon rypäleisyyden tullessa selvemmin esille. Konjakkitynnyristä on tarttunut myös hentoista vaniljaisuutta, joka pyöristää makuja miellyttävällä tavalla. Jälkimaussa ripaus kahvia konjakin seurana! Mainiota tavaraa!

Seems interesting. Bottle. Bottled on: 7/2018 Temperature: +11,5 degrees Amber brow color. Seems thick when poured. The head takes a few seconds to form and is creamy and soft, long lasting layer. Absolutely fantastic! 5/5 Nice, clear and smooth cognac in the nose. And also vanilla, plums, apples, some rye like "sticky" aromas. Lovely and elegant scent: 4,25/5 Mouthfeel is very full with soft carbonation and balancing bitterness. Not too sweet, not too dry, well balanced. Alcohol warmth is there also: 4,25/5 Taste: rye (sticky maltiness, some spiciness), cognac, vanilla, apples, smooth oak. The flavours seems to "drop" the more you drink this, so more complexity is needed. Aftertaste is balanced and has a bit drying feel from oakiness: 11,5/15 Solid beer. Good flavours. Barrel aging is there but doesn't take too much role. Unfortunate is the dropping of flavours. Otherwise nearly a perfect beer. I want more Ryewines☝🏻☝🏻16,25/20 =41,25/50
