Very likeable but a bit too much going on to stand out as anything special.
They’ve done the NEIPA thing with the yeast and the flaked oats. That’s great, gives it some creaminess. There’s only a single hop, no doubt chosen to tone things down and let the berries shine through. There’s only a delicate hopping coming through, but it’s nice, I like it.
Then the berries... there’s nothing unpleasant about the berry flavouring, it’s just berries! Not one of the flavours stands out, but then it doesn’t taste of anything in particular, just berries! It’s like a local farmer had a surplus of blackberries, strawberries, raspberries and blueberries...
Maybe a single berried version would be better?

I’ve not really much to add to the last review. I still think this is an interesting beer that has a very British flavour.

Surprisingly good, a well hopped pale ale balanced out with a smooth creaminess and strong but not overpowering sweet berries. Probably not to everyone's taste but definitely worth a try!

I really liked this. It’s a deep amber colour with a nice British fruitiness to it, none of this mango/grapefruit bollocks. It’s got a good creamy mouthfeel, I presume from the lactose and wheat in the mix. There’s just something about this that would keep me drinking one after another. I held off this for a while preferring the DIPAs and NEIPAs but I’m so glad I went for this in the end. I’m a sucker for fruity /sou/lambic beers and this ticks at least one of those boxes.

Not really my thing. Creamy milk taste with a hint if raspberry. Bit sickly by the end of the can
