Yllävän hyvä. Ensimmäinen tuntemus oli tumma Velko potenssiin 2, mutta tuopin vajetessa saattaa epäillä juovansa hieman epätavallista sahtia. Hyvällä tavalla epätavallista.

Panda Rice Beer, Finland
3.1
A rice beer would normally be a no-go to me but the brewer said that they have tried to imitate an ancient Chinese tradition. In that sense, this should be the Oriental equivalent to the Finnish Sahti. Clear, amber, honey-hued beer with a ridiculously tall, clean white head. The beer is truly fizzy. The fragrance offers stuffy rice starch, a tad rice crispies and a little bit of biscuit. The taste serves relatively sweet rice starch, sweet biscuit as well as a bit of dough. The body is medium-full. The beer finishes with sweet malt, biscuit and rice starch over long duration. The mouthfeel is a bit sappy, lip-glueing, satiating as well as somewhat adjuncted which may be due to the fact that I'm just not used to this kind beers. Not as bad as I was afraid of but not something I would go for a second round.
