Corsendonk Pater Dubbel is a soft and top-fermented dark beer, refermented and aged in bottle to a lively sparkling beer with rich foam. This beer has caramelized malt on the nose with hints of ripe fruit. Mild on the palate with wellbalanced bitterness, hints of fruit, toasted bread, liquorice, coffee and caramel.

Au service c'est bien black avec un col crémeux qui fait saliver. Des notes de réglisse et quelques épices, j'aime assez même si ça peut faire un peu sirop pharmaceutique L'ensemble est plutôt soyeux et un poil acide en fin de bouche. Beaucoup de dentelles à la dégustation, elle est très belle à boire 😏 Étonnante, j'aime assez le contre pied entre l'aspect et l'aromatique

🇧🇪 Une bonne petite belge, assez sucré mais sa ne me dérange pas, on sent les céréales et les 7,5 degré, assez agréable.

Sehr starke Schaumbildung, zum Glück kommt der Alkohol nicht so doll durch. Trotzdem typisch belgisches Bier.
