Hits you with vanilla and some dark roasted malts with a slight char taste up front. A little further in you pick up some coffee and chocolate to mix in. Overall a nice stout. A little on the thin side. It’s not quite a 4 so I’ll go 3.9 as it is close.

American stout with coffee and vanilla added. Vanilla, roasted malts, chocolate and coffee in the aroma. Taste has vanilla and roasted malts first, just like in the aroma. Next comes the chocolate and the coffee is the last to show up. The roasted malts linger in the aftertaste. This is pretty good. Definitely tastes like a lower abv stout (less than 10%), which are nice to have on occasion. Medium-thin body with a lower carbonation. A tasty beer, and I'm glad I tried it. Definitely worth a try, but for me, I don't like it enough to buy it again at its price point of $5.49 for this 16oz. can. Solid 3.75/5
