Unknown name and unknown ABV. Bottle. Bottled on: 17.12.2018 Temperature: +9 degrees Pitch black beer with even, mocha color head. Fairly good retention. Then suddenly the foam breakes at the middle and reveals that nice black surface. Looks good: 4,5/5 Nose: licorise, caramel, toasty, mild berry, maltiness. Seems maybe a bit young. Definately they have used rye malt: 3/5 Medium-Full mouthfeel, medium carbonation and lots of alcohol warthm. This either has a very high ABV or this is very young... Bit solventy is the alcohol feel though🤔: 3,25/5 Taste: licorise, toasty, slightly metallic, alcohol, some residual sweetness, minor spiciness... Not very balanced. Seems "raw" and young: 9/15 Interesting to drink beer you know basically nothing about. Have to find info on this somewhere. Nevertheless: not the best example of the style (or just needs to aged more). Looks fantastic though! 13/20 =32,75/50 Edit: I Found the beer! The ABV is a whooping 17,1% (and 0,5 litre bottle) so no suprise this seems hot😄😄😄
