Dark amber color, nice combination of malts and hops in aroma. Toufee taste, perfectly composed beer.

A takeaway dinner accompaniment. A huge gyros 🌯 Shared. This is too big for one to manage. Transparent, raisin brown beer. A limited off-white lacing. Caramel malt hovers in the air. A bit of biscuit can also be captured. A fairly typical Red Ale taste profile: caramel malt, oat cracker, multigrain bread, a suggestion of raisin and dried apricot. Quite sweet-leaning actually. Feels light, soft, smooth and balanced. Relatively unchallenging for this genre. I'm obviously starting to like this beerstyle.
