Relatively hazy, honey-orange beer with reasonable, rapid carbonation pours a big-bubbled, off-white head that barely reaches one finger. The top loses quickly strength and dissolves to a thin moldy layer on the surface. Some thick coverings are left on the wall of the glass.
The nuances of zesty grapefruit, a bit of lemon juice, a drop of orange and distant mango emanate to the nostrils.
The palate is quite nice, somewhat crisp IPA: grapefruit and lemon pulp constitute the key elements of the taste accompanied by a good pinch of grated lemon peel and a subtle resinous touch.
The body is light to light-medium. The beer finishes long with crisp grapefruit and lemon zest, a tad lemon peel and a distant resinous note.
The mouthfeel is light-crisp, somewhat juicy, a bit mouth-drying and rather old-school.
