Looking towards spring, we source citrus fruits from the heart of winter and the first flowers after the frosts to herald the extension of the light. Spring stretches out before us, and our days grow longer, lending sunlight and joy to guide the work of our hands. Fille de Ferme is a foeder-rested, brettanomyces farmhouse ale. Amerikanen zijn smeerlappen. Dat bewijst dit bier. Mijn eigen kots filteren en vervolgens opdrinken is nog bevredigender dan dit. Ik overdrijf misschien een beetje, but this beer is a huuuuuge fraud. Make love, not beer, USA!

🇺🇸🇺🇸 Une farme ale acide et fruité. Avec une odeur de pomme et de poire. Une acidité bien contrebalancé par le côté fruité. J'ai adoré.
