Barrel Aged Advent Calendar beer Day #19 2018 vintage, canned on 11-19-2018 Bourbon, caramel and a little bit of oak in the aroma. Taste has a lot of caramel, some bourbon and oak. Very tasty quadruple ale. 4.5/5

Bourbon, caramel, vanilla and oak in the aroma. Taste has sweet caramel right up front, followed by vanilla. The bourbon is pretty light, but it's there and I'm sure it'll come out more as it warms. The oak from the barrel aging is present mostly in the back end and aftertaste. Very good, well made quad. I've heard this gets better as it ages, and I have a 2017 and 2018 in the cellar. 4.25/5
