Today I try a new style of beer! This is a Red Flander inspired beer! Mine appears to be more brown acajou than red. The carbonation is restraint but perfect for a sour! Aroma is citric and wild. Same for the taste. Every sip is citric lemon kinda taste maybe with red fruits. A bit like a wine. The taste of the barrel aged is there. I can also taste a dust undertone. It’s a bit sweet not to sour even if it’s strong sour! It’s dry to ! Really good! Digging it! Cheers!
