An IPA 6.0%, Pilot, Scotland

An IPA
6.0% India Pale Ale
The winner of 2017’s Replicale competition, this was our interpretation of the challenge “Create a New Scotland IPA”. A mix of malted oats and barley, then dry hopped both during active fermentation then once fermentation is complete. A juicy, Starburst of a beer.

Smooth, refreshing, standard Lager, a 5 star delight…unlike the team themselves this season

This was the blond one, as you can probably see v enjoyed. I love pilot! Maybe a tad bitter for me to drink steadily through a night but VERY tasty. Would recommend. A great local go-to when in 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Not great taste Fairly smooth first mouthful but it’s a bit dirty, a few more tastes and the flavour develops but nuffin great I have a feeling this might not have been served at its best
