A sunny evening calls for a beer on the brewery's terrace. Semiclear, deep yellow beer with modest, short-lived carbonation creates a white, small-bubbled head that fails to reach half a finger's height. The creamy lace ring climbs up on the wall of the glass and adorns the top for significantly long. The scent is really fruity, offering a massive cocktail of pineapple, grapefruit and lemon pulp, seasoned with faint mango. The gustatory package continues on the same fruity route: the tongue receives hefty zesty grapefruit, a big amount of lemon pulp and a bit of dry hops with a grassy twist. The light-bodied beer finishes with strong grassy hops, a tad lemon peel and some lemon zest. The aftertaste lingers on tongue for long. The mouthfeel is light-crisp, faintly tangy, generally speaking light as well as distantly dry.
