Endlich wieder ein feines IPA. Eine schöne feste Blume ziert das trübe bernsteinfarbene Bräu. Im Aroma sind Aprikose, Kumquat und Gewürze, im Geschmack Grapefruit. Die 6% Alkohol sind gut eingebunden, das Mundgefühl frisch und ordentlich karbonisiert. Andererseits schmeckt alles auf über 1000m ü. NN. 😅
