Pours totaly clear yellow colour with a decent one to two fingers white head, good retention. Aroma is typical of the style; hoppy, biscuty and grassy with some hints of citrus in there. The taste matches this with its biscuty flavour, bitter hops, lemon zest and wet grass. The finish is medium long, bitter, crisp and refreshing as expected. Yummy!
