Tasting paddle 3/5. Lucid, deep gold beer with abundant, sustained carbonation releases a cloud-white, cotton head that levels gradually down to a patchy, moldy layer on the surface. The olfactory provision is negligible: I only get a faint aroma of apple. The taste is a bit more pronounced but still quite subdued. I find standard pale malt, a bit of orange, faint mango and light hops. The light-bodied beer's aftertaste puts forward moderate hops and weak pale malt, a faint biscuity suggestion and lemon peel. The aftertaste has medium to long duration. The mouthfeel is light, really soft and smooth, thin-crisp and easy.
