Tasting paddle 8/8. Crystal clear, pale gold cider with moderate, rapid carbonation pours a massive white froth that dies immediately out. The scent is as expected: light-sour apple juice. The taste portrays nice, natural, zesty apple nectar that hangs between light-sour and faintly sweet. At least, the palate is natural and gardeny. The aftertaste ends relatively quickly. The mouthfeel is light, juicy, summery and gardeny. It's also natural, rather Mediterranean and slightly tart.
