Tasting paddle 6/8. Lucid, pale honey-colored beer with weak, rushed carbonation releases a cloud-white, silky head that dissolves soon to a pretty lace ring on top. A massively grapefruity nuance occupies every nook of the nose. The lovely citrusy package rolls on the tongue: first and foremost, grapefruit, lemon zest and a tad lemon peel, followed by dry grass and distant dry hops. The body is light-medium. The beer ends with somewhat grassy hops, strong lemon peel, a bit of grapefruit and a pinch of spruce needles. The aftertaste teases the tastebuds for a considerably long time. The mouthfeel is crisp, somewhat husky and mouth-drying. It's also dry in itself as well as a bit juicy.
