Tasting paddle 5/8. Transparent, gold beer with introvert, hasty carbonation unleashes a white, tiny-bubbled head that soon contracts to a hair-thin lacing on the surface. The scent is mild with standard pale malt and a faint butyric whisper. The gustatory experience puts forward bags of lemon zest and a good amount of lemon peel, light-grainy malt and a suggestion of molten butter. The light-bodied beer ends with bitter citrus and a good pinch of dry hops, followed by a grassy nuance. The aftertaste rolls on tongue for significantly long. The mouthfeel is astonishingly crisp, a bit tart, somewhat husky and a little mouth-drying. I like although this may not be particularly clean.
