Medium-lucid, gold beer with rich sustained carbonation unlocks a white, velvety head that builds itself up to a massive half a finger's height and settles soon down to frazil-icy lacing on top. The nose receives surprisingly moderate grapefruit pulp and a pinch of grated lemon peel. The taste is juicy but rather typical Australian-style Pale Ale: a generous dollop of zesty grapefruit pulp, a tad squeezed lemon juice, a nice punch of grated lemon peel and recognizeable pomelo. I also find modest hops which are fruity rather than piney. The body is light. The beer ends relatively fast with citrus and decent hops. The mouthfeel is light, juicy, slightly crisp and summery.
