A Bohemian style Pilsener with robust biscuity, bready, malt flavour, and subtle floral and lime aroma balanced by a prominent bitter finish. A crisp and refreshing finish, unfiltered to ensure the fullest of flavour - perfect for modern day adventurers.
James Venture Mulligan was the first to find gold in the Palmer River. It was because of his thirst for adventure and tireless efforts that Port Douglas came to be, and it’s his story that has inspired the refreshing brew you’re holding.

Refreshing Pilsner of the Bohemian style which is my favourite. It has a very bitter aftertaste which is not evident in its quite standard IBU (37). It is also not a bitterness that I particularly like so I am not sure what they have done here to get this very bitter aftertaste on the tongue

Pilsnerit jääneet iteltä vähän vähemmälle huomiolle. Laageria huomattavasti pehmeämpi versio ainakin tämän limun kohdalla. Floraalinen ja hennon limeinen pilssivesi. Melko hyvä janojuoma. Kevyen napostelun kylkeen, ei liian rasvaista eikä suolaista

Tasting paddle 2/10.
Lucid, amber beer with a soft, neat, off-white lace ring on top. The fragrance portrays distant molten butter, a tad crackers and a meadowy hint. The palate puts forward rather thin malt, salty crackers and a slightly dry-grassy hops. The light-bodied beer's aftertaste offers faintly butyric malt and weak grassy hops of medium to long duration. The mouthfeel is light, remotely butyric and quite easy.
