Transparent, champage-colored cider with lively, short-lived carbonation unleashes a white, small-bubbled head that fails to reach half a finger's height and settles rushedly down to zero. The scent portrays loads of zesty passionfruit, a tad apple juice, a bit of carambola and a little pinch of dragonfruit. The fragrance gives a really sweet impression of the drink. The taste is, however, less sweet than I was afraid of, yet it must be described medium-sweet. Passionfruit and red apple are self-evident, you can guess them already from the name. Carambola can also be detected. I also find a bit green grapes and a tiny injection of raw pear. Dragonfruit is absent from the tongue. So, even though there's a good degree of sweetness in the taste, there's also some acidity and faint tartness. I like it that way. The cider finishes relatively short. The mouthfeel is juicy, tropical, distantly tart and somewhat sappy.
