A good night beer with meaty snack. Semiclear, deep gold beer with strong, long-lasting carbonation unlocks a white, velvety head that fails to reach one finger's height and dissolves fairly soon to a thin lace ring on top only. The nose receives a bit of lemon that merges with pale malt and light hops. Otherwise the olfactory experience is rather restrained. The tastebuds get easily along with the light-grainy pale malt and a tad lemon peel. I also find a grassy nuance that follows the faint piney note. The body is light. The aftertaste offers bitter grated lemon peel, medium-strong hops with a grassy punch as well as a subdued piney tang. The aftertaste rolls on tongue for some time. The mouthfeel is light, slightly crisp, relatively easy and a little mouth-drying.
