Loads of vanilla, ginger, and cardamom in this rich spicy winter ale. Very little chocolates or cocoa but some bitter espressos and smokiness as an after note. This reminds me of the vanilla soaked cigars I smoked on the beaches in Dominican Republic on my honeymoon. And now I want an all-inclusive vacation....
