Hazy, straw cider with effervescent, almost vulcanic, sustained carbonation builds a cloud-white, tiny-bubbled head that falls short of one finger and settles soon down to a fizzy, thin layer on the surface. The scent portrays a bit sour apple juice with a relatively rustic twist. The gustatory experience is massively easy: faintly sourish apple juice brings in an extraordinarily natural and fresh impression. The finish lasts over short to medium duration. The mouthfeel is light, significantly fresh, distantly tart and summery. It's also really gardeny and easy.
