Flight 3/5. Clear, deep amber beer with good, sustained carbonation builds a snow-white, velvety head that descends soon to a thin lace ring on top. The scent is more or less nonexistent, later it opens up with sweet Pommac nuance. The taste offers a slightly perfumy essence of grapefruit and a bit of caramel malt, followed by raisin, bitter honey and decent fruity hops. The body is light. The beer finishes with light-hoppy malt with a caramelly touch, fermented raisin and grapefruit. The aftertaste is medium. The mouthfeel is light, somewhat synthetic and odd as well as soft. It's also a bit meady.
