Flight 3/4. Semihazy, deep orange mahogany beer with reasonable, short-lived carbonation builds an off-white, velvety head that dissolves soon to a decent lace ring on the surface. The nose gets easily recognizeable whiskey with an oaky nuance. I also receive a decent injection of caramel and faint toffee in the scent. The taste is quite easy as what the aroma of whiskey would have suggested. Whiskey is present but mild and relatively soft. Caramel malt, a bit of fermented raisin and sweet biscuit can also be detected. The mouthfeel is somewhat lip-glueing, slightly sticky, a bit oaky and woody, still quite soft and smooth. It's also young.
