Semiclear, orange beer with relatively effervescent, sustained carbonation builds a soft fluffy, snow-white head that climbs up to one finger. The foamy mattress loses air gradually and descends to a whipped-creamy layer on the surface that lasts for significantly long. The retreating foam leaves multiple small traces on the glass. The scent is fruity: bags of sweet orange, bitter orange peel and lemon zest. Banana is nowhere but an unwelcome perfumy nuance disturbs my olfactory enjoyment. The tastebuds like the light-crisp citrus: bitter orange peel, some bitter lemon pulp and a light-hoppy twist. Pale malt lingers strongly on the tongue, followed by a bit of bread and distant crackers. The light-bodied beer ends with bitter lemon peel, a good dollop of lemon zest, bitter orange peel and light-hopped pale malt. The aftertaste rolls rather long on the tongue. The mouthfeel is light-crisp, slightly tart, somewhat dry and a bit mouth-drying. It's also remotely perfumy.
