Adam Boi Gose not much on the nose. First sip you are hit with sour plums which linger through the pallet. On the whole a well balanced beer.

I normally don't like sour beers and I was completely surprised by this taste. The sweet and salty just complement each other perfectly.

A very interesting and flavourful salted plum sour. Definitely grows on you!
