Nice dry cider

Good fruity cider but slightly on the sweet side.

Lucid, deep gold cider with moderate, rapid carbonation unleashes a surprisingly tall, two-finger white, velvety head that dissolves soon to a neat lace ring on top. The scent puts forward medium-sweet apple juice. The taste is attractively fruit-juicy, loads of medium-sour apple nectar with a massively natural twist. The cider finishes with the same nuance over a rather long period. The mouthfeel is gardeny, distantly tart, substantially natural and appealing.
