Oikein hyvää

Not too sweet unlike most Australian ciders, though a bit on the watery side and with an unremarkable flavour.

One more drink straight from the bottle in the park. The cider looks lucid in the bottle. The fragrance coming from the bottle contains medium-sour apple nectar and an identifiable spicy note of cinnamon as if oven apple. The taste portrays rather sour apple mash but cinnamon is nowhere. Rather natural and somewhat dry acidic. The aftertaste is identical and vanishes quickly from the mouth. The mouthfeel is fresh, somewhat dry, acidic and natural. It's also medium-tart, very gardeny and juicy.
