Mango smell, yellow, more salty than sour, moderately sparkling, nice long flavour aftertaste.

Foggy, deep yellow to pale orange beer with extrovert but quickly withdrawing carbonation unlocks a white, tiny-bubbled head that initially elevates up to one finger. The foam descends rushedly to flat still and leaves the glass untouched.
The nose receives considerably weak, tropical fruit-juicy combination of watery sour mango juice, a little bit of pineapple, grated lemon peel and a gentle touch of carambola.
The taste receptors enjoy salty sour lemon pulp, a tad pineapple juice, faint passionfruit and a small dollop of really watery mango juice. I also find smaller proportions of lactobacillus and wine yeast. The taste is quite attractive, relatively light and markedly tropical.
The light-bodied beer ends with lemon zest and passionfruit, followed by a pinch of mashed mango and a little injection of pineapple. Like upfront, I get a drop of salt, an even smaller amount of wine yeast and lactobacillus in the finish. The aftertaste keeps the tastebuds active for a short to medium time.
The mouthfeel is relatively light, really tropical and quite juicy. It's also summery and refreshing.
