Very light as goses go -- sparkling rather than sour, with a moderate saltiness.

Semiclear, straw beer with decent, relatively short-lived carbonation builds a one-finger, pure white, small-bubbled head. The foamy mattress loses air rapidly to a patchy lacing on top.
The fragrance serves medium-strong lemon pulp, lemon peel and clean seawater. A moderate meadowy floral aroma follows later.
The tastebuds enjoy light-sour lemon zest, a subtle injection of grapefruit and grated lemon peel that gain strength from a thin salty touch, coriander and a suggestion of nori.
The skinny-bodied beer finishes with decent lemon pulp and a tad lemon peel, some grapefruit juice and recognizeable seasalt.
The mouthfeel is light and relatively thin, massively juicy and even somewhat soft-drink-like. It's also nicely refreshing, a little bit Oriental as well as solely mildly tart.
