Todella suklainen ja pehmeä. Paahdetta ja katkeroa ei juuri laisinkaan. Kuiva, pieni aavistus makeutta.

Pétrole des Cornouailles fumé aux notes de cacao corsé puis le chocolat noir arrive en longueur, l'ensemble est costaud. C'est pas au niveau de leurs houblons mais c'est un bon début.

Aroma: Caramel, chocolate, dried plums, raisins, lightly roasted malt. Taste: Delicate. Elegant! It’s sweeter (molasses) than the aroma indicated. Loads of raisins and dried plums for me. Chocolate, caramel, coffee.
