Hanasta tummahkoa ruskean oranssista olutta. Vaahtoaa kevyesti ja laskee nopeasti puolen sentin kerrokseksi. Tuoksussa hento sitrus sekä vahva havuisuus. Maussa vahva mallasrunko, havuisuus jatkuu. Pientä hedelmäisyyttä taustalla. Hyvin kevyttä katkeroa. Hiilihappoinen ja pirskahteleva suutuntuma. Yllättävän tukeva runko näille prosenteille. Jälkimaussa hyvin pieni katkeroisuus, kunnes liukuu pois. Hyvää.

Kuparinruskea, vähän punertava, jonkun sortin retale. Aromikas ja rapsakka, greippiä, marjoja.

Murky copper beer with reasonable, long-lived carbonation flows from tap to form a one-finger, off-white, soft velvety head that gradually dissolves to a hair-thin lacing. The fragrance offers many nuances that range from hefty caramel, a tad syrup and distant toffee to strong sweet malt as in a non-alcoholic dark lager. The scent portrays also some bread and a recognizeable biscuity aroma. The palate follows along the same lines: soft, slightly sweet biscuit merges with oat bread and is accompanied by withdrawing caramel, faint toffee and a stronger malty twist. The medium-bodied beer ends with distinct bitter caramel, a dollop of syrup, hefty malt and a grainy note. The duration of the finish is average. The mouthfeel is surprisingly soft, rather smooth, light-crisp, a bit effervescent and faintly lip-glueing. A nice surprise by Stallhagen!
