Flight 4/4. Turbid, deep yellow beer with fizzy, regular-duration carbonation frees a cloud-white, minuscule-bubbled head that rises up to mere half a finger and moves quickly to the side of the glass as a neat creamy lace ring whereas the rest of the surface becomes basically still. The foam leaves no traces on the glass. Nuances of passionfruit, lemon zest and carambola emanate to the nostrils. The fragrance is, overall, extraordinarily mild. The citrusy elements overbeat the other subtastes: lemon pulp is hefty, followed by a tad lemon peel, a bit of thin passionfruit juice, a drop of pineapple juice and a suggestion of coriander. The light-bodied beer offers the same elements in the finish as upfront but dominated by passionfruit, then lemon zest and followed by lemon peel. Salt steps to the forefront after swallowing. The duration of the aftertaste is long. The mouthfeel is light, truly juicy, quite tropical and extremely summery. It's also relatively tart and somewhat puckering, strongly dry as well as mouth-drying.

Don't like the taste of it. Not surprisingly it's sour but also weak and together with nearly no carbonation it not one for me.

A very pleasant sour beer, light, refreshing, with a lingering cucumber aftertaste.
