This should be interesting (and hopefully good). Strawberry, cinnamon and a slight bit of hoppiness in the aroma. Taste has cinnamon, maple syrup, sugary sweetness and some strawberry. Towards the end of the mid-palate and back end I'm getting a doughy breadiness. This tastes just as it should, for the most part: a French toast IPA. If the strawberry was stronger it would taste exactly as it should. Leaves a little bit of stickiness on the lips. Medium body with medium carbonation. As weird as this flavor pairing sounds, it's done well and is very tasty. High 4/5
