HOPPY, BLOND AND BELGIAN Ypra is the latest family beer from Omer Vander Ghinste Brewery. A smooth and fresh top fermented blond beer with a slight bitterness and fruity hop notes of orange and grapefruit. The refermentation in the bottle gives the beer its unique aroma and flavour.

Im Glas hellgolden (auch wenn's aufm Bild anders aussieht) und minimal trüb. Schöne stabile Schaumkrone. Geruchlich exotisch-citral. Der Antrunk bringt viel Kohlensäure mit und ist sehr spritzig. Die Früchte sind sehr präsent und eine leichte Hopfenbittere beendet das Ganze. Insgesamt sehr rund und ausgewogen. Leider steht auf der Dose außer Gerste und Weizen nichts an Zutaten. Wäre spannend, ob das wirklich alles ist... Daher kann ich es nur nach dem Geschmack bewerten, und er ist wirklich klasse. Sehr schönes, sommerliches Bier.
