Apple Cidre, süßlich, aber lecker

Crystal clear, faintly green cider with rich, fizzy carbonation unlocks a narrow ring of bubbles on the surface. The scent is substantially timid, displaying solely a recognizeable yeasty aroma and very weak light-sweet apple juice. The taste receptors sense relatively sour apple nectar with a disappearing sweet note of fructose. The cider finishes over medium duration with the same apple juice as upfront. The mouthfeel is light, significantly fresh and natural. It's also distantly tart but not particularly puckering.

Quite a nice cider. Definitely more fruity and sweet than most English ciders but not overwhelmingly so.

A bit on the sweet side, but easy to drink and, as the label claims, crisp it is!
