Semiclear, gold beer with introvert, hasty carbonation frees a shy, cloud-white head that won't exceed even half a finger and settles soon down to a meager lace ring on top. The nose receives distinct passionfruit, accompanied by a gentle touch of grapefruit pulp and a pinch of lemon peel. A floral note lingers behind. The gustatory experience is massively tropical: loads of zesty passionfruit and a tad grapefruit pulp constitute the key elements of the palate. Lemon zest, lemon peel and a drop of pineapple show in smaller amounts. The body is skinny. The beer turns slightly more bitter towards the finish; hops are still remarkably fruity, especially grapefruity. A whisper of aromatic grass and faint coriander may also be identified in the shadows. The aftertaste lingers on tongue for some time. The mouthfeel is thin, even a bit watery, somewhat juicy and extraordinarily tropical. Furthermore, the mouthfeel is minimally tart and slightly crisp. Substantially easy.
